Prima Properties is proud to partner with visionary Vancouver-based Merrick Architecture, who envisioned Monogram’s elegant and sustainable design. A dynamic and distinguishing feature, automated solar shades recreate our Northwest Coast setting as a pixelated mosaic on the building’s southwest exterior. These shades create magical movement throughout the day as they reposition in response to the shifting sunlight.
