Horseshoe Bay Sanctuary - Oceanfront Villas

Horseshoe Bay Sanctuary is built on West Vancouver’s most beautiful parcel of waterfront land. Designed by architect Paul Merrick and completed in 2022 by Westbank, it provides panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay as well as the alpine peaks along Howe Sound. The multi-coloured buildings were inspired by Portofino in Italy given the unique bay location of this project. Each of the buildings feature on-site heating and cooling as provided by a geothermal ocean loop, which allows for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions of up to 70%. Residents can access luxurious amenities which include the Boathouse that features a Chris Craft Corsair 25 with a dedicated captain and rentable paddleboards and kayaks, as well as a 24-hour concierge and state-of-the-art gym. Each lobby hosts local artwork and offers restricted floor access with the elevators.

The local Horseshoe Bay Village has easy access to North Vancouver by Taylor Way, both Squamish and Whistler by way of the Sea to Sky highway and is steps from the ferries for a quick getaway to Vancouver Island.
