One Burrard Place

One Burrard Place, in Downtown Vancouver, will be a perfect blend of modern and classical architecture that is designed by IBI Group Architects and being built by Reliance Properties Ltd. The stunning mixed-use development, set to take up the entire 1200 block of Hornby Street, will consist of a 60-storey skyscraper that hosts 810 units as well as a 13-storey Class A Office; this will house the future flagship Jim Pattison Downtown Toyota. It’s set to be the third tallest building to grace Vancouver’s skyline.
